Our Beginner Kickboxing classes provide men and women with an incredible total body workout while teaching the self-defense skills of Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Every Kickboxing class at Union Martial Arts is led by an expert coach that will personally guide and motivate you through your entire session. Beyond the incredible workout, our coaches make sure you are understanding and improving your Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques, class after class.
Our Beginner Kickboxing classes are designed to give you the repetition needed to develop a high-level of fitness, technical proficiency, power and confidence in your self-defense skills. In all of our Beginner Kickboxing classes, there is no sparring and heavy bags are used as targets.
Our Adult Kickboxing classes are perfect for Beginners:
No Experience required. All strikes are practiced on a heavy bag and you will not have to compete against other students.
We are experts at teaching kickboxing to beginners. Our students are able to quickly reach high levels of fitness and technical proficiency because of our unique teaching style.

No need for any special preparation. We’ll provide you with a pair of gloves and guide you every step of the way!
2X per week is the minimum amount of training we recommend for any new student, child or adult. The more the better!
We’ve had students who monitor their calorie burn report ranges from 650 to over 1,000 calories per class!
No. There is zero sparring in our Adult Beginner Kickboxing program. Students who wish to spar would participate in our more advanced classes on the schedule.
No experience required at all. We will guide you every step of the way and make sure you receive a class that is fun and leaves you feeling accomplished.
