Kickboxing 1

Where all new students begin.

  • A safe, fun, non-contact class for all – No experience required!
  • Develop proper and effective kickboxing technique on a heavy bag.
  • Get an incredible total body workout that incorporates circuit training and stretching.

Kickboxing 2

  • Develop your offense, defense, movement, timing and conditioning.
  • Use mitts, Muay Thai pads, partner-drills and much more.
  • Kickboxing and MMA sparring.

Jiu-Jitsu (No-Gi)

  • Takedowns and takedown defense.
  • Positional control, submissions, escapes, reversals and theory.
  • Sparring
