Pick Your Class

Browse the schedule and pick the time that work for you.

Show Up Comfortable

Wear shorts and a t-shirt. We provide everything else. Arrive 10 minutes early so a coach can welcome you.

Train at Your Pace

If you're new, no worries. Our coaches help beginners get started every day.

Decide

At the end of the class, you'll know if Union is the right fit. No hard sell, no pressure, no contracts.
