Our adult Kickboxing classes provide men and women with an incredible total body workout while teaching the self-defense skills of Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. In our friendly, safe, motivating and high-energy environment, our adult kickboxing students relieve stress, lose weight, increase stamina and build lasting self-confidence. 

We understand what it’s like to be new and perhaps even a little bit nervous to try something like a kickboxing class. That’s why we’ve created a very unique program that will help you achieve your goals one step at a time. How does the program work?

Every Kickboxing class at Union Martial Arts is led by an expert coach that will personally guide and motivate you through your entire session. Beyond the incredible workout, our coaches make sure you are understanding and improving your Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai techniques, class after class. 

Our Kickboxing classes are designed to give you the repetition needed to develop a high-level of fitness, technical proficiency, power and confidence in your self-defense skills. In all of our Beginner Kickboxing classes, there is no sparring and heavy bags are used as targets.
