Jiu-Jitsu Classes at Union Martial Arts

At Union Martial Arts, we teach No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu through an MMA-influenced lens — practical, dynamic, and focused on real-world effectiveness, from self-defense to competition.

We strive to help kids and adults grasp what they’re doing and why — as quickly and clearly as possible. Classes are structured to connect concepts and sharpen your ability to apply them fluidly in live training. Each session deepens your understanding of how timing, technique, positioning, and control shape effective Jiu-Jitsu.

What Sets Union Apart

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu at Union is taught with the same care and precision that defines every program we run. It’s live and physical, of course — but just as much about developing knowledge and mindset. Our approach focuses on helping every person understand the why behind what they’re doing. That understanding builds real composure, confidence, and technical command.

We teach through an MMA and wrestling-influenced framework, helping you see how Jiu-Jitsu fits into the larger picture of self-defense. Classes are run with discipline and purpose. Every round, drill, and technique builds on the last, creating a clear path to progress.

We believe great coaching isn’t about how much you can show — it’s about leading a productive, well-designed practice.

Best facility in the area with world class coaching. I have three children training here several days a week and it's been the best thing for their confidence, development, and health. Union is first class.
