Arrive
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed and guided. New students are scheduled by appointment so we can greet you, provide gloves, show you around, and give you a head start. That way, you can jump right in with confidence.

You’ll train in a style of kickboxing that blends Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai — effective for self-defense, trusted at the highest levels of competition, and taught with safety, clarity, and precision. No experience is required, and beginners can focus on learning without sparring.
