How does the program work?

We have developed our own unique and structured curriculum that progresses systematically. The curriculum covers all the various aspects of Jiu-Jitsu, including self-defense, positions, submissions, escapes, and transitions. In addition, we are strong believers in the constraints-led approach to coaching Jiu-Jitsu, which can often enhance and speed up the learning process for our students.
