How does the program work?

Every Adult Kickboxing class at Union Martial Arts is led by an expert coach that will guide and motivate you every single time you train. Our coaches make sure that you are getting a great workout, but that you’re also understanding and improving your technique, class after class. Once you understand the basics and have a strong foundation, you’ll find it easier and easier to improve both your kickboxing skills and fitness level.

No Experience required. All strikes are practiced on a heavy bag and you will not have to compete against other students.

No need for any special preparation. We’ll provide you with a pair of gloves and guide you every step of the way!

2X per week is the minimum amount of training we recommend for any new student, child or adult. The more the better!

We’ve had students who monitor their calorie burn report ranges from 650 to over 1,000 calories per class!

No. There is zero sparring in our Adult Beginner Kickboxing program. Students who wish to spar would participate in our more advanced classes on the schedule.

No experience required at all. We will guide you every step of the way and make sure you receive a class that is fun and leaves you feeling proud of yourself for participating.
