Our Kids MMA program teaches your child more than just realistic self-defense skills—it builds confidence, discipline, and resilience in a safe, age-appropriate environment. At Union Martial Arts, young students learn striking, grappling, strategy, and mindset through engaging classes that blend Boxing, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling. Whether your child is brand new to martial arts or already has experience, they’ll feel supported and challenged at the right level.

How It Works
Learn the core disciplines: Boxing, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling—the foundation of MMA skill.
Develop technique, strategy, and problem-solving through drills, pad and bag work, partner exercises, and safe, controlled sparring—each tailored to their age and experience.
